Pros

Good location and if you are in great need for a job, consider temporary. Tampa

Cons

100% commission, every new Medicare sale is paid at $400-$500 to the company. Agents make 1/3rd of sale, company profits from 2/3rds. If you make less than $800.00 from your accumaleted 1/3rd-you owe the company. They try to tell you that, they will give you a loan for two weeks of work, if your accumaleted 1/3rd commission does not exceed the $800.00 and you owe the company the difference out of your next commission pay... but you already made the company 3X the money!!! Wow!! They also make it look like your getting paid hourly for tax purposes!!! Say your non-exempt but 100% commission employee!!

Thank you so much for your review. At HPOne we strive in creating a pleasant, fun and professional work environment. We have recently created a program that involves a state of the art training for managers and supervisors and truly believe it will help with the company’s growth and success as well as create an ideal call center environment. Our recruiting team works very hard to provide us with realistic data in order for us to maintain and make necessary changes to be able to offer sales associates as yourself the compensation they deserve. We appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Convenient location and flexible shifts, good co-workers.

Cons

Terrible leads unless you have been there for awhile. You need to work 60-70 hours to have enough business to get the good leads. Only about 30% get the new leads, everyone else fights over days and weeks old contacts. Getting 100 to 200 answering machines a day, a very discouraging grind. Benefits are terrible, some of management team is childish and unprofessional.
