Working from home is great...

Just awful leadership and rushed training. Not sure what I am doing on these apps. Leadership response time is so slow that I am losing sales.

Pros

They take care of all of you licensing and most of your basic training.

Cons

No support for help when you need it, managers stick together, micromanaging, high turnover, and they will steal your commissions straight out from underneath you. I found out too late that they even had a class action lawsuit for not paying their employees their earnings due so they’ve since changed their name to “Clear Match”. They stole my last 3 paychecks and then told me I actually owed them money. And they can turn off your leads whenever they want to. Don’t work for this company if you are looking to succeed.

Pros

Phones are busy, there is money to be made.

Cons

Everyone is on a different page because training is non-existent. PTO is accrued but getting it approved to take is a nightmare. You will have a new Team Lead every few weeks so you have to constantly adjust. Supervisors are never available for questions or escalated issues you must depend on teammates.

Impact training

Pros

I have been a customer service/ sales agent for over 20 plus years and I have to say this is the most advanced training class that I have ever had. This impact training was refreshing and has taught me so much about how to address different types of customers, In all situations. I learned so much. and it helped me be a better sales agent, especially working with Medicare recipients. I recommend this to all people who are interested in learning hoe to build a rapport with customers. It also helped me pinpoint personality profiles so that I can make an educated decision on the type of person that I’m speaking with and how to the call efficiently and overcome objections you receive, because the ultimate goal is always to “Support” your position to overcome and handle the objection to help a customer understand specifically how you can satisfy a need.

Cons

I have no cons, amazing place to work and advance your training.

Pros

Training programs are readily available, opportunities to develop and grow. Opportunities for promotion, online learning platforms that make it easy for employees to improve any chosen skill. E-learning, the easy-access education is all at your fingertips. The great thing about this training is that you can be in control. Opportunity to learn from people who are experts in their field, which is great for your professional and personal development.

Cons

Compensation is one of the cons.

Pros

Paid on time, great contemporaries to work with, the company pays for your additional states in the Health insurance position, equipment provided by the company.

Cons

Was originally hired on for Medicare but put into the Affordable Care Act plans division (no-one in my team was told before day one of training), poor training in respect to our actual job duties (ACA/IFP applications), delayed responses from supervisors in the chat, witnessed discrimination/differential treatment from one supervisor to her subordinate constantly, any suggestions you give to help improve the pain points agents deal with were seldom acknowledged, escalations were call avoided by supervisors, low morale in the department, several agents unbeknownst were making several errors on applications and thus misinforming customers daily (lack of training), ultimately the company didn't care if a customer made a false complaint they can still dismiss you without considering the ramifications or all the hard work you put in and suffered through. Bottom line: consider working somewhere else if you respect yourself enough to not be left high and dry. This seems to be the norm and company policies are usually against you to begin with.
