Healthtrust is a good company. It's a great place to get your start within Healthcare recruiting. Weekly pay, actual unlimited PTO (its not a trick its real), good benefits, hybrid or remote schedules and matching 401k contributions.

Cons

Sometimes it did feel unorganized company wise. Like we were just figuring things out on our own and throwing things at the wall and whatever didn't fall off is the plan they would go with. The staffing director for Houston really wasn't all that knowledgeable on things and a lot of times she would just direct you to someone else to figure out the answer for something that she should have known.
