      My experience with Healtrust was disappointing. The company is very unorganized, and communication between management and staff is poor. Training is almost nonexistent — despite working in person, I was treated as if I were a remote employee, with little to no hands-on guidance or support. Expectations were unclear, and there was no real onboarding process to set employees up for success. Overall, there’s a serious lack of structure and leadership, which makes it a challenging environment to work in.
