      Co-workers are amazing, flexible work sites (travel to all hospitals) + WFH set up provided, with an office space at HCA Midwest Health

      Cons

      Hospitals never close so you will be the point person for evening and weekend escalations. You can set boundaries, but need to make sure there is a clear escalation pathway should clients need support at off hours.
