Good pay with full benefits for 36 hours/week. Local travel assignments in the HCA hospital system, people are grateful to have you, people work hard and have a good attitude, assignments range from 8 weeks to 6 months

Cons

Was difficult to get an assignment changed during COVID times, the work is the typical hard work of hospital nursing, often workload ratio is 1 RN to 6 patients and 1 CNA to 14 patients.
