Being an agency nurse, you’re the first to get cancelled. When covid first started, the hospitals wouldn’t use us at all. So unless you were an ICU nurse, there were no shifts available for the rest of us for over 2+ months. Had to find other PRN work.

Management! Very poor management. They try to micromanage you from across the country. They have favorites and only listen to them. If you bring up an issue, it's an issue because you did something wrong. They read the Mission statement from the company about respecting your co-workers and then immediately afterwards insults the group at the meeting. When you point it out to them, they just laugh about it. VP is very disrespectful to the director. Director is very disrespectful to those she doesn't like. The nepotism runs so deep in this company I am surprised they hire anyone from outside the family, and it shows in the way they treat others. Certain groups are allowed to rudely and inappropriately yell at others during meeting while others who say things are spoken to. It's all about you likes you! Communication is very poor. Noone can make a decision and stick with it. Instructors are blamed for everything!
