      Pros

      ZERO. Well, maybe that you dont have to deal much with your manager because these managers cant be bothered and do NOT care at all about their employees. Just about how they look.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The pay was a joke, they are all talk and never live up to promises. If they do its MUCH later.... (and rare). They do not care about their people, who bust their butts daily and have no quality of life to show for it. Dont bother voicing your concerns. It will go nowhere.

      Account Manager

      Pros

      Absolutely no pros for working for this very unethical company. They work you to the bone, cheat you from any overtime by mis-classifying you as an exempt employee when really your non-exempted because you end up doing 99% manual labor. Complain or threaten to call corporate about the conditions, and they will start writing you up for crazy untrue things. As soon as you get three in your employee file, they fire you.

      Cons

      They hide behind arbitration agreements that they make every employee sign before joining their team, which in reality protects this company from legal prosecution for their bad business practices that they have been practicing for years. Yes, they have been sued in the court of law, they lost, they just finished paying out millions of dollars to MIT's and Account Managers for misclassification of being an exempt employee, not paying overtime, and wage theft.

      Plenty of opportunity to advance faster than you are trained and to get reprimanded for lack of knowledge despite insufficient training. Excellent experience for anyone who is a gifted liar!

      Extreme lack of support Unethical business practices Uncaring about employees and managers Environment that promotes dishonesty and passing blame to others Expectation for managers to work beyond their pay rate; Salary is merely an excuse to not pay overtime
