Pros

It's an okay paycheck but not great. You do have some managers who do support you but they are limited by micromanagement of others. Company does offer benefits however you must wait two years to get them (Account Manager).

Cons

Underpaid for all positions except for District Managers on up. The less money and labor you use goes towards upper management's bonus. Unreal expectations of line workers because they are paid 7.25. Raises are far and few between and promises are made and are not fulfilled. Company ran by salesmen who could not run their program they preach to you. You have little supplies, little budget and too high demands. Upper management and the salesmen brag about the company and their potential but it is all smoke and mirrors. Administrators hate the company and culture. Company has no real assets so do not buy into its BS. If you need a job fine but if you are a professional the only way you love up is being the loop. Not to mention all the unnecessary paperwork and meetings. Lastly upper management, why don't you try and clean toilets with a tie on? Must be nice to enjoy those bonuses we bust our butts for for you to enjoy. You guys suck, period.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good to say about this firm that is ran like the worst greaseball used carsalesman you have ever envisioned in your worst nightmare.

Cons

I could write a dissertation here, but I'll leave the cliff notes. I was hired to do sales and marketing for this firm. They fed me their typical bs line about having to learn each position so that I could properly market their services. I obliged, mind you I've had several years experience with corporate sales and hold a Masters degree in health care managent. Next thing I knew I was cleaning floors, waxing and stripping, doing feces ridden laundry, and working nights to do these wonderful tasks. After a month of this nonsense (which by the way they were only paying a salary of 32k) I said I need more money (like what was promised to me in the interview process 75-100k with commissions) and I was rewarded with a 2k bump and my very own nursing home to manage. This sounds nice, but it was worse. I was expected to be on call 24/7, manage a staff with about 80% attrition rate due to poor pay and no benefits, so in essence my work load at least doubled because of staff not showing up, and it was now my responsibility to cover their shifts cleaning rooms/floors/feces ridden sheets. Oh, the added bonus was that I was salaried so those 80 weeks I was putting in included 40 free hours to HSG. Needless to say, it was my fault for not better vetting this firm and I never actually got to a point to provide sales and marketing like I was hired for.

Pros

Absolutely NOTHING, at all levels. Housekeepers -go to a hotel, you will make more money. Account Managers, barely 10 -11 per hour for being a housekeeper ALL day.

Cons

PAY --Fast Food / retail pays better No integrity - if they promise it, they are Lying No quality of life for managers. If your short staffed, your expected to do that position, and get your job done. It's not M-F. Because hourly workers call out on weekends, your expected to cover. If a client does not like you, your thrown under the bus. This is for all levels of employees, transferred, because your the wind blows. Years before you will ever see a promotion. Raises are a Joke! Salary of $23,000 for Account Managers. District Pay is no better $30-32K. They target college grads because the pay is extremely low. They have been sued multiple times for hiring practices, compensation, sexually harassment, and hostile work environment. Never, ever work for this company, unless you plan on treating it like a Staffing company --get a few checks then RUN for your life!! Toxic as Hell! Evil, hateful, destructive, deceptive. I honestly can say, the WORSE working environment I've ever had. Lying is the an ingrained part of their culture. No computers available for account Managers --everything is faxed! If your clients fax or copier is down your expected to use your own money at a Kinkos. Background checks for new hires can take 7-10 days, while your short-staffed. No HR resource to assist with staffing and recruiting. No set standard of SOP. You have countless manuals, that your superiors have never read. Training on all levels does not exist. A few hours, then everyone from housekeepers, laundry, account managers, District Managers are expected to be experts. No support from superiors. Because everyone is afraid, they are quick to backstab. Do your research, on glass door and Indeed reviews. Pretty consistent that this company lacks Integrity. Negative 10 is my true rating.
