      Pros

      Hard work is rewarded by opportunities to grow in the company. Gain experience in operations management, HR, payroll and business development. Great resume builder if you decide to transfer. Company has doubled in size every five years since 1977 and is not slowing down.

      Cons

      Long work hours so if you're looking for a 9-5 this is not the company for you.

      Pros

      Working with residents helping them during their golden years.

      Cons

      No raises for at least the past 7 years. District managers only care about budget, budget, budget. Work the managers half to death, expect them to work 7 days a week. Not enough money to get the proper supplies. No advancing unless you are in the good old boys club. People who work the floor get horrible pay for what they do and no raises. Holiday pay taken away.
