Thank you for sharing your feedback about Healthesystems. It's reaffirming to hear that you were able to develop your skills and move up in the organization during the years that you spent with us. As you know, the Core Value of Our People is incredibly important to us, and we're extremely proud of the smart, driven, passionate and amazing (thank you for recognizing this!) team that we have. It is concerning to hear that you had a less than desirable experience in one of the areas you worked in, because we do strive for a consistent employee experience across all our teams. We hope that you voiced these concerns while you were still with Healthe, in order to give us an opportunity to examine where we may have an opportunity for improvement. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Healthesystems. You mentioned the opportunity for growth and we're glad you were able to experience that while you were working with us. As you know, we are very committed to the growth and development of everyone at Healthe, which we'd like to think was one of the reasons our employees voted us a Top Workplace in Tampa Bay this year! Contrarily, you mention a political environment. Although this is not something we hear often, we'll certainly look into why you had this impression.
