Thank you for your feedback about our organization. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful new office space! It’s been exciting to witness the benefits of such a collaborative space with the latest and greatest technology at our fingertips. To your mention of not being able to deliver on technology, we have to disagree. Our team has been remarkable in delivering some extremely impressive products time and time again. Injured workers reap the benefits of much of this work and we’re grateful to have such a knowledgeable and driven team in place to continue to make such a positive impact. Regarding building a career here at Healthesystems, with an average tenure of greater than 5 years it’s irrefutable that many great careers have been developed and progressed within our walls. In fact, growth and development are so important to us that we ensure development plans are in place for every employee. We even touch base with our employees periodically throughout the year to make sure that these plans are being discussed and actioned. It’s concerning that during the months you spent with us you didn’t have this experience, so we appreciate you letting us know so that we can look into it.
