Culture of not holding people accountable, Don’t act to fix performance issues with employees, There is no training, Most of management is not capable of having honest and direct conversations, People are punished and retaliated against for giving feedback or offering suggestions to improve anything, HR does nothing when an employee needs help and some of them often gossip and perpetuate a hostile work environment, No performance measures for employees, Management is not organized and often communicate inconsistent messages, Favoritism, Processes are overly complicated and cumbersome, Environment is cliquish and very high school - becomes hostile and causes a department vs department mentality, People don’t take ownership and mangers don’t make them, Management comes across very fake and only willing to focus on the positive, Associates can’t trust managers/supervisors/HR, Associates are often in ethical dilemmas because of half-truths told by management and other teams,
