Thank you for choosing to be a part of our Healthe team and sharing your feedback about our organization. As a call center representative, you have a crucial role at Healthesystems which helps enable our customers to provide high quality, timely care for their patients. Although this may seem like easy work, it doesn't come as easily to everyone which is a great indicator that you're well-suited for the role. This, along with the statement you made about competitive compensation, is great to hear as we strive to maintain our Top Workplaces USA designation and ensure Healthe is a place where people can thrive. Thank you again for your feedback and for working alongside us each day, your contributions and commitment are appreciated!

Pros

Work from home, schedule, team members I had a good team. Everyone was very helpful when backup was needed to cover case loads. Work life balance was good considering this was a work from home position. Had a set 9-5 schedule.

Cons

Management, lack of promotion opportunities, compensation I do want to start by saying that the company did end up getting rid of the first manager I was under, but the damage had already been done. Completely disorganized and nobody knew what they were doing. A lot of unnecessary work was added to our plates. No real direction on employment growth. You're just kinda stuck in the same position with no signs of moving up in the company unless you're there for 10+ years. Pay is a joke for the amount of work that's expected. I really wanted to love working for this company but I just couldn't do it anymore. I am grateful I made the decision to leave. My physical, mental, and emotion health is so much better than when I worked for this company. I would say this is a good place to gain experience to put on a resume, but don't be hopeful for any life long meaning career.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so glad (but not surprised) that you found the incredible team members, work-life balance and the ability to work from home to be elements of Healthe that you loved. These are definite contributors to our people voting us a Top Workplace in the US so although we’re not surprised by this, it’s always wonderful to hear it! It is also helpful to hear your perspective on some areas of concern. We have high expectations of our leaders and you didn’t have the experience we expect or require. It is however reassuring to know that the leadership issues you experienced were addressed so others don’t have a similar experience. We realize that talented, driven individuals need opportunities to learn new skills, work with advanced technologies and drive towards their own goals in order to wholeheartedly engage in their work and grow in their careers. This is true for all of us, so we place a lot of emphasis on personal and professional growth at Healthesystems. We strive for each individual to have a Development Plan in place that is actionable and supported by their leader and we have career paths defined and shared across the organization to help people to see opportunities to grow within the organization. Competitive compensation and benefits packages are also key to attracting and retaining talented folks, so each year we evaluate these things very closely and make any adjustments needed to ensure we remain competitive in these areas. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the time you spent contributing to the Healthesystems team.

Pros

There is no micro-management (If proven to complete tasks in timely manner). Opportunity to shows skill outside your position, meaning you have full control of promotions/ raise / opportunity.

Cons

Disorganized, can get burnt out due to high volume of work outside of your job description.

We're glad that during your time here you experienced a high level of autonomy and many skill development opportunities! It's important to us that our people feel empowered in their roles and in their ability to grow their skillsets and careers in the manner and direction that they choose. And as you mentioned, we have many important efforts underway which makes for an exciting environment. To help our people ensure they are devoting their time to the most impactful work, we continually review and refine our delivery approach to reduce context-switching and improve focus. We're always in awe and grateful for the passionate and dedicated team we have working diligently to deliver for our customers. And to help safeguard our team, we've implemented 'Meeting-Free Blocks' multiple times throughout the week to give our people dedicated time to focus on whatever they need to. Plus, as you likely learned, we like to have fun so there are always a variety of ways to decompress and connect with one another. Thank you again for the time you spent with our team, and for taking the time to share your feedback.
