I like most of the people I interact with on a daily basis. The culture is changing and I am interested in what lies ahead for the company. Decent amount of training.

Cons

Would like the culture to be more casual and modern. Nothing that can't be fixed easily over time and with the right mindset.

Pros

The people I work with. A ton of opportunity for advancement. I feel like the company has invested in me and in other employees. Great work/life balance. Management cares about the physical work environment i.e. Agile. The company is managed with integrity. The coffee is amazing!

Cons

This is the best company I have ever worked for. There are some challenges with decision making by upper management. Certain topics are over communicated and other company communication is vague or late and therefore irrelevant.
