Interesting projects, and smart people

Cons

Instability; company constantly tries to reinvent itself, never nails down or divulges the details, rarely follows through. Despite the attempts at reorganization, the company is still a bunch of silos. Don't expect to work on the interesting projects unless you know the right people; otherwise, your life will be scut work.

Pleasant work environment, convenient location, proximity to airport, great culture (everyone has a genuine concern for each other and are pleasant to work with)

Cons

The "COO experiment" was a disaster; completely upset the culture, fired or drove away many great talents, but ultimately was sent on his way and the company is back in culture-recovery mode.
