Pros

There is a lot of work with a lot of variety. At this company, if you don't define your scope of work, others will by continually asking you to take on more responsibility. Which is great, if you're ambitious, capable and love to take on responsibility! Overall, the work is great.

Cons

Time off policy is too good! This is great on a personal level, if you need or want to take time off. However, on a project level, this definitely impacts who will be available and when. More time off per person means we need more persons, so maybe that's actually a good thing for job seekers...

Cool place to work. Unclear career paths

Pros

The company tries hard to be inclusive, and competitive with bigger companies they compete with for employees. The amount of hiring is exponential and constantly opens up new roles. Tons of great benefits, 21 days of pto, winter break, and more.

Cons

Growing pains. The path to grow into another position is very unclear. Everyone eventually takes on tasks outside of their job description with little to no training on how to be successful at it. Management is either inexperienced or doesn't have enough training on being a manager.

Pros

Friendly and helpful staff. Open minded culture/inclusivity Team events Company held events Excellent pay Feedback oriented Mission driven Leadership coaching & improvement Excellent benefits & stock options Monthly lunches provided by company Monthly Canteen snack subsidy Cool mission with a "can do" attitude

Cons

- Mixed perspectives of prioritization across teams. - Some communication barriers, (people think they're clear when they're not, or think they have conveyed the obvious when it's only obvious to them.) - Some employees lack patience for project updates, killing their own morale. - Mixed ideas of what new mission critical roles should be, delaying execution - Lack of communication on new business critical developments in the past, slowly improving though.
