All the people I work with, higher-ups etc. Are some of the awesomeness people I've met at work. Always there to lend a hand to as well as vice versa. They all answer questions or curiosities have. That's dope. Love this company I work for, Helion Energy.

Pros

Because its a growing company, there is a ton of room for career growth, and you can stretch into areas that you normally would not be allowed to with a larger company. Also, people see your worth and the work you do; even in roles that are normally under-appreciated in large organizations, the value of that work is seen here.

Cons

Because it is a growing company, it does often require you to do more above and beyond what your work load would typically be at a bigger company.
