Pros

First Shift Employees help each other out to meet goals 40 hours a week guaranteed Weekends off Monthly bonus if production goal is met Quarterly perfect attendance bonus Not a massive corporation, you have a direct line of communication with the managers/owners who will actually listen to suggestions and answer questions. Employees are willing to teach you new skills or show you how to do something if you don't know how. All in all, probably the best job I've ever had, you get to know the people you work with and it's great to all be working together to help the company grow.

Cons

90% of the people there actually care about their job, the other 10% are just there for a paycheck. But you'll find that pretty much anywhere you go.

Amazing co-workers, always willing to step up and help one another. Company is growing quickly and with that comes opportunities that might not exist but are quickly implemented. Company provides regular communication and open to ideas and consistently encourage growth.

Cons

Difficulty of hiring more people to fill the empty positions as the company grows.
