4yThank you for sharing your perspective. While I’m disappointed to read this, I take feedback like this seriously. Leading a fast-growing manufacturing company comes with high expectations, but that should never come at the expense of respect or professionalism.
If my leadership style—or anyone else’s—came across in a way that felt aggressive or dismissive, that was not the intent, and it’s something I will reflect on. We expect direct communication and accountability at Helix, but it must always be paired with fairness and respect.
I’m committed to continuing to improve as a leader and to building a culture where concerns can be raised constructively and addressed openly. I encourage current or former employees to share specific feedback directly so we can learn from it and do better.
