Thank you for the feedback and for recognizing the positives around our schedule and work environment. I also take the concerns you raised seriously. Having the right tools and holding everyone to the same standard of accountability are both essential to doing great work, and they’re areas we continue to focus on. We are actively investing in equipment, tooling, and process improvements, while also reinforcing expectations around performance and teamwork.
