I want to be clear that I agree with one important point you raised: our hourly production employees are absolutely the backbone of this company, and their skill, effort, and commitment are the reason we succeed. If anyone has felt undervalued, disrespected, or intimidated, that is not acceptable and not the culture we are trying to build. I won’t dismiss this feedback, even though it’s difficult to read. Leadership requires accountability, and that includes me. We run a demanding, fast-paced operation, but intensity should never cross into disrespect or undermine trust. I am committed to continuing to learn, to listening more closely, and to ensuring that professionalism and respect are non-negotiable expectations for everyone in leadership.
