Pros

I like the culture and the people I work with. The best part is that I feel like we are a strong team with a similar passion for four legged family members. I also really enjoy the daily variety of work and love talking to pet parents and helping them help their pets live their best life.

Cons

Pros

Great place with supportive team. Managers and other departments come help us in shipping when we're busy to make sure orders get out on time. I'm encouraged to own my projects and learn the processes and tools to be able to grow into a bigger role. Managers don't hover and teach me the new tools to make things easier.

Cons

Office dogs are on the other end of the building and only sometimes come to say hi

They really love pets and inspire us to take good care of our own pets. Freedom to use our judgement in situations that need it. Very appreciative of employees and how hard we work and especially of diligence in the work place

Cons

They expect you to act as an adult and if you can't handle freedom in the work place it will be noticed and not in a good way. Meaning if you have to ask for a raise then they have noticed all the wasted time and unproductive actions and attitude.
