No health benefits; management doesn’t care about employees or customers, only themselves. Employees have to be assertive in asking for raises; management will NOT offer this. Extremely high turnover rate- when I was there it was well over the turnover rate for the fast food industry. No room for growth- where you are is where you will stay.

Cons

Sometimes communication can be lacking; however, company is forgiving. Occasionally, last minute tasks will be requested, so being attentive and available is important.
