Inconsistent policies and procedures. Focus and company identity changes week to week. Company makes it hard to do business. Rules are different for everyone. Upper management not helpful and disconnected from the business. There is a boys club that protects poor managers as well us some underperforming individuals. Culture of say yes and do what you're told, even if it is counter productive. Poor treatment of employees.

Commissions structure has fluctuated over the years. As company grows, TSR territory/opportunities diminish. Good for company, bad for TSR. More strategic reps being implemented cutting back on verticals that TSRs can call on.

Management treats you like crap and cusses you out in front of everyone including customers. Very stressful environment. Threaten to write you up for not having ppe they can't/won't keep in stock. Managers have a lieing problem

Some managers need to work on their inclusivity and communication skills.

There will be a lot of belittling and gaslighting from managers, the turnover rate is terrible, your work load will include the managers job.

Management's extent of diversity seems to lean towards the 'white-male in khaki pants' - when looking to hire up the ladder - especially when out in the sales rep positions and branch management positions. while females do work in the industry, it is much more rare to see them out in the field - as they tend to do more 'office' based work.

Very conservative leadership: if you didn’t grow within the company (coordinator, sales rep, branch manager) it is pretty much impossible to be promoted further. Toxic culture, especially at the senior leadership level. Senior leadership is a clique and there are many bullies. This still is the case despite the change in COO last year.
