Very little training. Very cutthroat business. Runs out of equipment to rent which can negatively impact your performance

Not many companies know the name.

High stress. Work never stops, even on vacation.

Very long hours, no appreciation, micro managing, upper management doesn't have a clue, no equipment, old equipment. Very thin staffed.

Toxic culture and work environment. Senior Management makes empty promises. Favoritism shown by all managers. Leadership meetings promote negativity and criticism of fellow employees. Large turnover due to treatment.

- Need to stop tolerating bad employees, it wears down on the good ones! - More recognition for employees from upper management - Let reps use CRM to actually help them instead of leveraging it based on utilization for activity -

More concerned with how it’s done then the results. There is an atmosphere of distrust from management to sales reps. Sales managers always want to know where you are and what you are doing. This happens regardless of the numbers you produce or how far over goal you are. Everyone seems to be on edge and paranoid.

Very conservative leadership: if you didn’t grow within the company (coordinator, sales rep, branch manager) it is pretty much impossible to be promoted further. Toxic culture, especially at the senior leadership level. Senior leadership is a clique and there are many bullies. This still is the case despite the change in COO last year.

-Unskilled Management! Who hires key managers with NO experience? Oh, it's who you know most likely! -Interview/hiring process was a joke! (This didn't just apply to me) -Misleading information about what the job description REALLY is! -Poor management from top down! -Harrassment! -Poor training! (I'm being nice) -Unorganized, poor planning -No "socilization" of information I only gave one star because I had to! -If they don't want you to leave a position for promotion, you WON'T! -If they want you out, they'll help you! -Culture is ALL TALK! -Walk around and nobody is happy in any department! -High turnover, doesn't take long for newbies to figure it out then they leave too!
