I have worked with Heritage for over 10 years and have been working in the HVAC field for 20 years. I came to Heritage for opportunity. I started in the HVAC field as a Sheetmetal Tech. My first 10 years in this trade consist of working in a sheet metal fabrication shop, new construction development work, light commercial projects, residential remodel work, and high end residential. This was a great experience. I was able to gain a significant amount of knowledge in sheetmetal design/installation, Project Foreman, and working with other trades, engineers and architects. When it came to advancing my knowledge on the Boiler/Hydronic side of the business there were few companies that would give me a chance to put my sheetmetal skills aside and focus on Boiler/Hydronic work. Heritage not only provided opportunities to help advance my knowledge with hydronic work, they have provided opportunities to help advance my leadership skills as well. Heritage is a premium company with top talent. I am nothing but grateful to be a part of this organization.
