Pros

Heritage treats all employees with respect, kindness, support, and encouragement. I've worked at some of the largest companies in the country and none of them come anywhere near the environment of Heritage. The culture is unbeatable. Pay and benefits are both above average. Management truly cares in a sincere fashion. There's never a feeling of fake/corporate agendas. You get to legitimately help people every single day and it's incredibly rewarding.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, but again, you will be supported, NOT pressured. It's hard to call it a con even.

Pros

Being surrounded by people who honestly care for their coworkers and community makes for an amazing place to work. Between the employee benefits and the heritage helps foundation its clear that everyone in the organization really want the best for others. I've always been given the space and guidance to grow and learn new aspects of my trade, allowing me to advance and progress my career with peers who love to see others win!

Cons

Bad days always happen at work or at home, the outside factors are the only cons. dirty job, tough client mean dog etc. But those who surround me in the business really make up for those.

Pros

number one thing about working for Heritage is you're treated like a human, and not just a number on a spread sheet. Heritage is all about being a part of a team, and the company. You're role, no matter how small you may think it is, has a huge impact on the company. You are also recognized for your hard work, and rewarded for it too. Working at Heritage Home Service has given me possibilities I thought I could never have in my life

Cons

We are growing and constantly changing. This isn't personally a con for me, however for some it is. Our changes are what makes the company better. Also, it has seemed like there is more of a disconnect between management and departments, However that is another thing all of us at Heritage are working on
