Pros
I started a few months ago and love it! It is that start up that everyone is working towards the same goals. Amazing transparency practices and the humans you work with are all well in tended and purposeful. It's a refreshing experience. The Recruiting team is stellar! I had an amazing candidate experience and enjoyed my onboarding process. You exists in a team that wants you to do your job well and quickly, so roadblocks are lifted quickly and the teams are willing to move when needed. Everyone is ready to help you achieve the goals set in place This is a company that values the product build and how it works for the users above everything else which gives me confidence in the potential evolution of Hex. One of the best meeting cultures I have experienced and lots of intention are behind the ones that exist. So much potential in the product and the growth that is happening is exciting and strategic!
Cons
Just your normal smaller start up growing pains. Just know you will be building the company with your teams. Which not everyone finds as exciting as me.
