Business Outlook
Pros
-Product has really gotten traction over last 6 months, it feels like we are really on to something. It is exciting to think about what growth in 2026 will look like. -Leadership is investing in growing the team, and building infrastructure to support employees. -People who work here are smart, and weird in a good way. -Branding is cool, swag is cool.
Cons
-Office could be a bit nicer, but I think we are moving. -We need to hire faster, the recruiting team isn't big enough.
