      Pros

      Employee friendly and helpful community. Colleagues and managers are helpful and cooperative. Will get opportunity. Get chance to learn from other teams and peers. Your ideas will be always be welcome and shall get support from your seniors to fine tune it.

      Cons

      Close periods will get worse and work will become monotonous.

      Easy to reach to top Management for any issues. Good onsite opportunities. Great medical insurance for onsite people.

      Cons

      Does not have very strong rules and policies. Appraisal processes is not mature and transparent. Salary is ok but not great.
