Friendly environment to work. Good chance for a fresher to start here to gain some corporate experience.

Cons

Management is not good and not giving importance to employee suggestions stretching working hrs without any benefit and there are no incentives for genuine workers.

Good company though a bit old fashioned Layoffs dont happen much, there are ample no of small projects though very few big ones

Cons

Management belongs to old school of thought, upper management not connected with first few lines of employments Policies are a bit backward. Insurance is not at par with market standards
