Pros
Many events to build team building by fun committee. Gives bus service but to make sure employees are reaching on time and completing required 9 10 working hrs. No matter how much they actually left with after spending time in office and bus. Every time traffic duration increase bus timings are pre-poned but later never corrected back to earlier original time.
Cons
Excessive efforts on employee team building and excessive working hrs with pathetic increment . Encourage to build team building no matter if employees personal life going for toss. HR is only employer centric , no thoughts for employees point of view. Policy means policy which are meant to be in favour of employer only.
