      Pros

      Very good health insurance benefits and overall pay for worth is average.

      Cons

      Place the cart before the horse when doing business. Horrible departmental communication. Work environment and culture is one I've never encounter and wish to never encounter again in my professional career. Neptitism environment and practice that is unfair and unjust for those who are non-Indian.

      Pros

      Good team coordination across the India. Project managers behavior is good with team members. Job security is good. best work life balance. Some good projects are there but needs to find for new clients too. Good onsite opportunities; but depend on project and skill sets. Overall best company to work for life time. Compare to others company is growing well.

      Cons

      New joiners gets good hike but salary appraisals are not that much good. Most of the projects are operates from Mumbai and Chennai only.
