      The premises are good, I cannot think of many pros.

      Cons

      All maintenance work and that too gets messed up quite often, leaving clients in tethers. Unskilled workforce hired to cut-costs. Mumbai management keeps cribbing that they have no say as the company is Chennai driven. Pay - lowest in the industry.
