      Good managers and cool team lead Work from home given, hence flexible working hours No work pressure Motivation for certifications and courses good fresher training Least expensive Bus facility

      Cons

      3 yrs bond for freshers if you breach the bond, no experience letter and 1 lack gone Some HR and admin personnels not good Not so good SAP Projects Forceful relocation to another city when on bench Hike depends on project business and account prosperity and not on performance. 3 months notice period Clock 9.15 hrs everyday
