Pros
1. Except for salary for laterals there is none I can think of as Pro. 2. Not all projects are bad.
Cons
1. The JD mentioned during the interview and the project you will get allocated will not match at all, at least it was quite the opposite in my case. Hence better get that cleared twice before accepting the offer. 2. The project that I was in the management was least bothered to give any support or hear it out when it came to understanding an employee concern. Except for filling up the status report and client time sheet you can hardly expect them speak or interact with you
