-Ideal for college students who are looking to make quick money.

Cons

- Hours are long for very little pay. (8.25) -No Tattoo rule. -For a sports store the dress code is weird

Slow paced, get to spend time with customers, small staff

Cons

company is too large and the corporation is in over their head, District Managers and Regional Managers do not spend enough time with managers and corporate politics are too much. Unless you are a manager or high, the pay is not good.

It's a semi stressful job with low pay minimal time off and no respect from upper management

The job is not hard. You get to work with people and there's not a lot of micro managing.

Cons

They tell you all the time that the store managers are the key to the company's success but they pay almost %20 less than other retailers. Holiday hours are ridiculous and each manager isn't rated equally. It's very much a good ol boys club.
