Pros
If you are extremely good at sales you will be alright!
Cons
They use an unfair structure to rate businesses in their system that is kept a secret on how they are scored. If a business has a lower score you make less as a rep and the Hibu makes more. These leads are from the Yellowbook days and rarely update to add new businesses in the community. They keep raising the price of the products and cheat the sales team by pushing the carrot out past the grasp of an average to good salesperson. They use tiers to do this. Upselling is strongly encouraged and you recieve constant emails to call on current clients. Good reps do not have the time to focus on that as upsales do not count towards your tier status as a rep. Managers will call not stop at all hours including late evenings if this task is not met in a timely manner. Managers and leaders. These guys grew up standing on the throats of others in the Yellowbook days. They do not really care for each other and the leaders often pit them against each other in an unhealthy way. They will not have your back with any issue guaranteed!!! The message is pounded that you need to make 50 calls and visits daily. They offer no lead gen to outside reps. Those go right to inside sales. The turn over rate on a new hire is redculas. I read a reply from HR on another post that stated we are not weak in that area. That is simply not true. I am 1 of 3 still with the company out of 25. Managers are under a ton of stress as they constanty was out new hires after firing all of the old veteran reps. They cannot or will not adapt to the changing environment of to generate sales in todays market. They do not know hte products well and could not process a sale on thier own. Out Of Touch!!! Top Down.
