      Cons

      This is a sales organization. You need to hit your numbers in order to flourish. Any sales environment can become stressful when you’re behind objective.

      Performance based uncapped commissions

      Pros

      Great compensation plan, uncapped commissions. Extensive onboarding training but it’s miserably lengthy. Not much after your onboarding though. It’s more of a sink or swim scenario.

      Cons

      Data KPI driven, must meet objective $ amount & number of new business sales each month, plus increase existing accounts, and have near 100% retention rate. Hand-off from sales to consultation team is not always smooth, depends on the DSC you get, and it’s a hotline so you get who you get. Management is either all for you or all against you, & you get 5secs of glory for a sale & then it right back to cold calling or telemarketing.
