Highbar is more than just a workplace — it feels like an extended family. As a parent, I really appreciate how much leadership understands that life happens outside of work too. Having that flexibility and support has allowed me to be present for my kids while also growing in my career. The culture is welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely caring, which makes coming to work feel good.

Cons

Like any healthcare setting, things can get busy and move quickly. But having a supportive team makes even the hectic days manageable.

I have been employed by Highbar for 12 years, the amount of available professional development is unlike anywhere I have ever seen. Pathways are provided for leadership and specialties. Mentoring for students and new staff is top notch. Highly recommend!

Cons

Some of the clinics are open Saturdays.
