Hi there,
Thanks for your review. Some of the comments indicate that you may have left us some time ago -- we have been remote since March of 2020, so comments about cold brew and awkward environment are a bit hard to contextualize.
If you did leave us a while ago, it's important to note our continued focus as a remote-first company: having a diverse workforce is a priority. It is also a significant market challenge for all technology companies. Our diversity, specifically regarding our African American/Black and Hispanic/Latinx populations, is on par with or better than other technology companies.
What’s equally important is creating and supporting a diverse workplace an environment where all races and identities feel safe and have opportunity to grow. This work is never done -- so while we remain committed to creating safe space for everyone, I’m proud of the work that has already been done by our ERGs and our leaders. I look forward to continuing our good work that enables all employees the opportunity to learn and grow.
Toward that end, we have created a Career Framework that provides clarity on where roles reside from an organizational perspective, as well as what is expected in each role. If an employee wants to change roles, they can look at their current role as well as the role they'd like to pursue, assess any skills gaps and craft a plan to bridge those gaps, all with the support of their people leader.
Finally, we feel pretty good about our product. We've recently launched our Thrive platform, we've rebranded and updated our Vanilla platform with leading industry integrations and we continue to innovate our Online Community offering. We've reiterated our commitment to all of our existing customers. And the analysts agree. As proof that it is working, we continue to receive high marks from our customers on G2 Crowd and others.
I hope you’ve landed in a place that is meaningful and fulfilling for you.
