Thanks for sharing your feedback. Our BDR role is a great path for those looking to grow in their sales career or to other areas in the organization. Manager involvement is key to success – for both the employee and the company. I’m not sure when you worked with us, but over the last year, we have been focused on clarifying expectations and equipping our People Leaders with best practices to support their teams. To ensure the best employee experience, we conduct a monthly health check to measure these behaviors, sharing the results with all employees. Our results have been strong, due in large part to the connections our people leaders make with their teams. We look forward to continuing this trend. I hope you have found a great new role, and wish you all the best. -joanna chief people officer

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Our BDR role certainly enables folks to grow both in their sales career as an Account Executive or Account Manager or to other parts of the organization such as implementation, strategic services, sales enablement and people management. I’m glad you saw that as a possibility. That said, I went back through our last three years of data for the BDR role, and while we have had folks move either into different roles in the organization or outside of it, I found only one instance of a person voluntarily resigning for a different opportunity within two weeks. I can’t speak to the data prior to 2018, so if your perception is from before that time, it may be attributed to leaders who are no longer with our organization. I wish the best in your endeavors! -joanna Chief People Officer
