I appreciate your sentiment about salary and benefits. I know you've likely read my previous replies about our Compensation Philosophy, so I won't repost all that here. I'm keenly interested in your feedback on our benefits, whether it's our med/dental/vision, or our supplemental or caregiving benefits; our PTO or Sick and Wellness Time, or our Charity and DEIB PTO; our Remote Work Policy, or our investment in employee development and growth,.. 'benefits' is a large umbrella, so it would be helpful for me to hear your context so that we can contemplate whether we need to make improvements.
