Vacation accrual, flexibility, growing company.

Cons

Only truly closed 4 days a year. Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Day, Easter. Health deductibles keep going up and less and less is covered. No holiday bonus. Open Sundays and 9-6 in winter months.

NOTHING. They are racist and biased. They slander people and cost them their job and home. they illegally evict people.

Cons

poor management, poor structure, no cooperation from HR or the corporate office. they dont pay their employees they put them on the street illegally. They are racist against hispanics and bigomist against men.
