Pros

At least I have job experience for my resume

Cons

As company ownership has changed I have seen an overall downturn in confidence in this company. Our bonus structure was slashed, and there have been a lot of negative changes. The company does not go out of its way to show appreciation for any of its employees Anymore.

Pros

I do enjoy the people I work with but find it sad how poorly we are treated for how hard we work for the company.

Cons

Pay is well below industry average. Company moral is terrible. Departments do not work well together and are super critical of each other always looking to point a finger. Recent changes have led to employee motivation and respect plummeting.
