Pros

The only pro was how well the onsite staff worked with each other.

Cons

Where do I begin? Salary is disgustingly low for the amount of work and micro managing an employee deals with daily. Horrible RM who felt it necessary to send a manager on an extensive leasing training, and 2 day training to learn specifics of my job duties. Corporate training was provided well after I had been in my position. RM loves those who love to gossip, although from appearance seems like she runs a tight ship. Rough community. Worked log 11hours, OT, no lunches just to make sure daily duties were being handled. 13 years of experience with a few larger companies, I was NOT impressed. Proper training needs to be provided ACORRDING TO POSITION and needs to be done at the start of employment especially due to the tedious input of information needing to entered, updated, and corrected.

Pros

Ok benefits but nothing special or even competitive for that matter. Other companies property management companies pay higher salaries and offer better benefits.

Cons

Received formal training months after already working. If you are not part of one of their cliques, working for this company will be miserable for you. Gossip from upper management about other employees. No follow up or support from upper management. Issues referred to HR are referred right back to the managers you have an issue with so there are no employee advocates.

Pros

Great bonus structure, but every second of your time will by heavily used; Respectful top management (asset manager, RVP and higher). I would only take a leasing job with Milestone due to attractive bonus structure. I am thankful for the experience I gained during my time with the company, but I could not wait to resign and change the employment. My previous employment in property management lasted for 5 years prior to take over by Milestone. I was the happiest person on earth, I have not been upset or regret my choice for a second. Employment with Milestone was a bad chapter of my book, however I have met some hardworking and dedicated people.

Cons

Micromanaging on every step, no decisions on vendors are made on site level, which is unfavorable for the property appearance (landscaping), it is all about giving business to friends and getting rebates at the end of the year. Not employee oriented by any means. Hundreds of hours of trainings required annually, no life work balance at all.
