      Pros

      Excellent leadership throughout all brands, very well knowledgeable senior management, great visions and initiatives to achieve set goals. Phenomenal growth throughout all brands in most interesting locations.

      Cons

      Working for the company for the past four years. did not yet encounter any cons. Happy to be and grow with Hilton.

      Pros

      Hilton promotes work-life balance and has a well-established worldwide room rate programme for its staff. It provides an equal opportunity in career development for all. I respect the strong corporate culture in giving back to its society and incorporating environmental friendly aspects in our daily work. Besides, it is rewarding to work for Hilton which places strong emphasis on business deliverables to remain competitive in this volatile market. Hospitality has evolved beyond just service and the key is to constantly provide a consistent and unique experience.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy as a listed company which has to be in place to ensure governance.

      Pros

      The best thing working there was staff meal and other team members. Also, flexibility when you are in zero hours contract.

      Cons

      Management was poor. Favourable by managers. If you are not your managers favourite you will not get anywhere. Basically no value for your hard work.
