Pros

Careers with Hilton Worldwide are very rewarding. Hilton gives everyone a platform to express their creativity while not compromising on quality. Being an all weather, equal opportunity employer, Hilton closes the gap that exists between experience and skills by providing platforms in diverse cultures and challenging environments, which allows one to utilize their skills and realize their full potential and this in turn benefits the organization in realizing it's vision and values.

Cons

It can be pretty challenging at times and only people with the right attitude and skill set would further their careers with Hilton!

Pros

Start from the working environment with loads of empowerment from the management and other team members for suggestions and decision making. Different monthly HR activities like games, sports, talent shows, Happy Friday, Town hall which encourage the team members to think that Hilton Chennai is both and fun and work place. 8 weekly offs or 5 working days a week is another biggest pros where team can have their work and personal life balance equally.

Cons

Should encourage internal movements within ISEA on a high note for team members growth and prosperity and opportunity to express and to prove the talent
