Pros

Pay, schedule flexibility, opportunities to travel, some low level managers are great

Cons

Outdated procedures, outdated processes, lack of formal training, heavily bureaucratic, over-reliance on Japan office for design and drawing releases. Upper management seems to be very disconnected from lower level management and employees. Promotions are awarded based on politics and doing friends favors rather than a demonstrated ability to handle more responsibility. Lack of accountability for individuals who demonstrate they are incapable of performing their job functions.
